She has interned and trained at both Tasteline and Leith's School of Food and Wine, but was formerly educated as a Chef at Le Corden Bleu, and has worked at Rick Stein's The Seafood Restaurant, as well as popular gastropub Hops and Glory. She specialises in seafood, as you will see in her Masterclass series, 'A Very Swedish Affair.'

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of serrano ham
  • 1 bag of mixed flat leaf salad
  • 50g unsalted butter (cold!)
  • 3 tbsp of sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Scallops
